We are broken, yet that is what makes us perfect. If we all were perfect in every way without blemish or fault, we wouldn’t be as amazing and diverse as we are because it’s our faults today that mold us into the human beings we are tomorrow. Be unashamed of yourself and wear your scars proudly because they are a testament to the life you live, and prove that you are truly alive, and have lived. A new year

Man this has been an amazing start to a new year! Finally life here at home is getting back to normal after years of struggling and I feel as though I can truly start to live again. I have great friends that I can confide in with everything, a wonderful family that has supported me and stuck with me all my life, a great job with awesome co-workers, and finally I have some plans for my passion for music and can begin to write again. But even besides all that, even if I didn’t have all that I mentioned, I have food in my stomach, a roof over my head, and my faith in a God that, in my mind, helped keep me and my loved ones together and finally, after years, has pulled us out of our most recent trial. I can legitimately say I love life, and every one of you who has been a part of it, and I look forward to another year with all of you.

If you can’t accept me for who I am, then don’t try to at all because I am who I am and I will never change for anyone. God put me on this earth as I am and see’s that as good enough, so if something that big can see me as perfect, then what merit does someone else’s opinion hold? Even if you don’t believe in a God, you were made perfect the day you were born, no matter your situation, so don’t sell yourself short because you are priceless in the end.

One of my biggest inspirations with art. His work has such an organic feel to it and it’ll probably take a lifetime to replicate that aspect of his work but I will still try!!

I don’t know who coined the book genre “Realism” because they aren’t real at all. It’s just a genre of pessimistic authors who felt they could not change anything and life will just inevitably suck. The good will always die and the evil will always rise above, which is true in some cases but complete bullsh** in a lot. I’ve learned from my experience that even in the darkest of evil, there is always a spark of good lingering that when ignited could set a fire bigger than any we’ve ever seen, but it’s up to us to set the fire. If you wish to sit there and let the evil win, then you make your own world twisted, but I choose to make something more of it.

I will never worship myself, or human nature. I will never see human nature as something to look up to, because if it were up to me I would be so far gone it’s not even funny. It isn’t natural or in our nature to give the clothes off your back for someone else because we are all animals, and if it were up to us we’d only care for ourselves. I believe in something more that keeps me in check, and makes me take a step back and realize how I am a screw up by nature, but I can make an effort to be a better person and stand for others, not myself. We all find our own truth, and that’s fine, but I have found mine, and it has made me happier beyond belief not because I received any material items, or because I feel I’m better than others, that’s not it at all. I am happy because I know no matter how bad I mess up or how impossible life seems, I am not alone, and I am forgiven. I am not making this to put down others beliefs, like I said we ALL find our own truths, and I accept all others no matter what they believe, but if others can freely speak out their beliefs and can freely tell me what I believe is fake then I can take a stand and say yes, I believe in God, and Jesus, and I will until I my lungs are empty. This post was not meant to offend anyone, and like I said I am not force feeding my beliefs, but if someone can stand against my beliefs and my God, I can stand for him
